Store Policies

All Star Mobility and Medical, Inc. Online Store offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns Procedure:
Returns are accepted for full credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 15 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
 
Please call our Customer Support Department at 866-697-5225 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an Authorized Number or an expired Authorization Number will not be accepted. Returned Merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.
 
Return Conditions:
Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
 
Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Common carrier deliveries must be counted upon arrival and shortages must be documented on delivery receipt. Special orders, sterile items and products that are made unsaleable once opened are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer's policy.
